– the right to delete the data – you have the right to obtain from SOMNUEK CREATIVE SRL the deletion of your personal data without undue delay and SOMNUEK CREATIVE SRL has the obligation to delete such personal data when: (i) you withdraw the consent on which the processing takes place and there is no other legal basis for processing; (ii) personal data has been processed unlawfully; (iii) personal data must be deleted to comply with a legal obligation of SOMNUEK CREATIVE SRL under European Union or Romanian law, etc.;
